About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jardeg-Construction. As a key member of our Civil Infrastructure Division, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing construction projects from the earliest stages of their life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in preconstruction services, including site logistics, project scheduling, and design review.
  • Manage site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, and field cost control.
  • Determine construction methods, materials quantities, equipment, and work schedules.
  • Coordinate work with different crafts, company departments, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain relationships with engineering, estimating, and planning teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor safety programs and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
  • Take an active role in hiring, training, and monitoring field personnel.
  • Assist with project meetings and claim resolution.

Requirements:

  • Varying years of experience will be considered, with a minimum of 2-6 years in a supervisor capacity role.
  • Proficiency in civil infrastructure, deep foundations, structural steel, and concrete.
  • Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 25M.
  • Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams.
  • Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
  • Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. Depending on the project size, scope, and complexity, the years of experience may vary. For this role, we are looking for a Superintendent 2 with 10+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity. The salary range is $108,000.00 - $148,500.00.
