- Conflict Resolution: Resolve complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for our guests.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Guest Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services to our guests.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to our guests and staff.
- Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
