Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. This role is ideal for individuals with prior retail management experience who are looking for a challenging and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a store, including staffing, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Establish and maintain Guest Services standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Control expenses and optimize store profitability.
- Manage shrink, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
