Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Healthy Cart Canada. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and other store staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the types of merchandise to be sold in the store, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage the store's budget, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and customer service software.
