Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Healthy Cart Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our stores, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimize store layouts, and inform product offerings.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection of products and services to be sold in our stores, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demand.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing strategies and credit policies that balance customer needs with business objectives.
- Supply Chain Management: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Staff Recruitment and Development: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer experiences.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
