Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Winners. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our store.
Key Responsibilities- Store Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, with a focus on inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, providing exceptional service and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Business Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or retail management.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
