About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrator to join our team at Homewood Ravensview. As a Clinical Administrator, you will provide critical support to our Clinical Director and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) in managing day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client schedules and program requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication across teams regarding scheduling and programming
  • Maintain patient care systems with updated client information
  • Distribute client medical records and disseminate information to clinical staff
  • Develop and distribute orientation packages for new clients
  • Compile program materials for IDT team
  • Ensure adequate staffing for programming and make adjustments as needed
  • Process discharges and update client aftercare information

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Health Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Previous experience and/or training as an Administrative Professional
  • 1-2 years recent related experience in an administrative/healthcare role
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
