Homewood Health, a leading provider of mental health and addiction services, is seeking a skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team at Ravensview. As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Clinical Director and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) in day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate client schedules and program requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication across all teams
  • Support clients in understanding their programming schedules
  • Maintain patient care systems with updated client information
  • Distribute client medical records and disseminate information to clinical staff
  • Develop and distribute orientation packages for new clients
  • Compile program materials for IDT team
  • Ensure adequate staffing for programming and make adjustments in consultation with the Clinical Director
  • Process discharges, update client aftercare information, and disseminate discharge information
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Director and IDT, including support for special projects and presentations

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Health Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Previous experience and/or training as an Administrative Professional
  • 1-2 years recent related experience in an administrative/health care role
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
