Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Canadian market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Bechtel Mining and Metals, to identify opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Mining General Manager to develop and implement market development and penetration strategies.
- Oversee proposal development and response processes, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Manage pursuit risk processes, working closely with legal and project management teams.
- Participate in prime contract negotiation and project handover to execution teams.
- Lead commercial strategy for pursuits, driving active cooperation and coordination with Bechtel Global Business Unit (GBU).
Requirements:
- A post-secondary degree in Engineering or Construction, with preference given to Engineering disciplines.
- At least 8 years of experience in project execution and/or operations, business development roles within an EPC/EPCM organization.
- Sound knowledge of commercial, economic, and business issues relevant to the mining industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
