Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sarpino's Pizzeria Canada. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or complaints
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Food Safety Certificate and MS Office skills
