Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sarpino's Pizzeria Canada. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure the restaurant is operating within budget.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Food Safety Certificate and MS Office skills are required.
