Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sarpino's Pizzeria Canada. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Cost products and services, and ensure that our restaurant is operating efficiently
- Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our customers and team members
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and help to promote our restaurant and its products
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that our team members are well-trained and knowledgeable
- Recruit and hire staff, and help to build a strong and motivated team
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Food Safety Certificate
- Electronic cash register experience
- MS Office experience
- Point of sale system experience
- Spreadsheet experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
