Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sarpino's Pizzeria Canada. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Training and Development: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and perform their job duties effectively.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Office, Point of Sale system, and Spreadsheet.
