Job Title: Director - Part Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic partnerships with industry leaders, driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with industry leaders to drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements:
  • 7 years of professional experience in employer relations, higher education, or work-integrated learning
  • Significant experience in program management, marketing, strategic planning, public relations, and supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading mid-large projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in event planning and program management
  • Experience with report-writing, correspondence, and presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certificate or completed courses in Project Management, Sales/Business Development, and/or Relationship Management
