Job Title: Director - Part Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our industry partnerships and create opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic partnerships
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and developments
Requirements:
  • 7 years of professional experience in employer relations in higher education or work-integrated learning
  • Significant experience in program management, marketing, strategic planning, public relations, and supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading mid-large projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in event planning and program management
  • Experience with report-writing, correspondence, and presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certificate or completed courses in Project Management, Sales/Business Development, and/or Relationship Management
