Director - Part Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team at Sheridan College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong background in business development, industry partnerships, and employer relations. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of professionals in the development and execution of strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners and employers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives
- 7 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in business development, industry partnerships, and employer relations
- Strong background in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
