Job Summary:
PAOC is seeking a highly skilled Reception & Hospitality Coordinator to provide exceptional welcoming hospitality for students and guests, while also supplying administrative support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a warm and positive first impression to students and guests through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Anticipate and arrange for job-specific hospitality needs, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
3. Demonstrate effective time management and scheduling, maintaining accurate records and resolving problems efficiently.
4. Communicate clearly, professionally, and amiably in any medium, adapting to interruptions and shifting focus without compromising productivity.

Requirements:
