We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Linda Yu Realty P.c. Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. They will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, coordinating office services, and performing reception and clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
  • Perform reception and clerical duties
