Linda Yu Realty P.c. Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. Key responsibilities include carrying out administrative activities, coordinating office services, and ensuring response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to multitask. They will also be proficient in electronic mail and MS Office. Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure are essential.


This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour per week work schedule and a requirement to work in English.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
  • Perform reception and clerical duties
  • Utilize electronic mail and MS Office

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in this field of employment
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in electronic mail and MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to perform reception and clerical duties
