Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive first impression for students and guests through exceptional reception and hospitality services.
  • Offer administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling, record keeping, and problem-solving.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in any medium, including in person, on the phone, or through electronic communication.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, handling interruptions and shifting focus without compromising productivity.
