Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Reception and Hospitality Coordinator to provide exceptional welcoming experiences for students and guests at PAOC. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in any medium.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and positive first impression in person, on the phone, or through electronic communication.
- Anticipate and arrange for job-specific hospitality needs.
- Demonstrate effective time management and scheduling, accurate record keeping, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and amiably in any medium.
- Handle interruptions and shift focus without compromising productivity.
Requirements
