NUTEM Custom Manufacturing Ltd is seeking a skilled Batching Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing batch compounding of home care cleaning materials in accordance with specified product formulas. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

* Perform start-up, CIP, and sanitation procedures in the batching area
* Ensure compliance with company production and quality standards
* Possess high technical and mechanical aptitude
* Previous related batching experience is an asset
* Valid forklift license is an asset
* Flexible work schedule

Compensation:

* $20/hour with a three-month probation period
* Shift premium of $0.50 for night shift
* Eligible to join the company benefits plan after completing the probation period
* Bonus: eligible for a 5% performance bonus

Working Conditions:

* Factory setting (product packaging)
