  • Manage technology risk within Canada risk appetite.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors, ensuring the delivery of quality services and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs and enhance service levels.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship of the supplier, including incidents, performance metrics, and quality delivery enhancements.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the business.

Requirements:
