We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at The Heights at Mt. View in Baptist Housing. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our seniors while working in a collaborative environment that prioritizes support for you.
As a Registered Nurse at The Heights at Mt. View, your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive range of duties aimed at providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This includes conducting resident assessments, administering treatments and medications, and managing the health of residents with unstable conditions.
You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination of care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough resident assessments to identify physical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address identified needs
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and manage the health of residents with unstable conditions
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. As a self-starter with strong work ethic, you thrive in environments where minimal supervision is required. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively make you an excellent fit for this role.
- Requirements:
- Current RN license with the BCCNM
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in problem-solving, time management, and meticulous organization of workloads
- An in-depth understanding of aging processes, cognitive function changes, and age-related diseases
