Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at AgeCare. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver health education programs to patients and families
  • Manage home care cases and provide consultative services regarding issues relevant to nursing practice and nursing profession
  • Provide nursing care and supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
