$59.00 - $62.00 per hour

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.

Clinical responsibilities will include drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners, manage inventory, schedule and train team members, identify business strengths and patient needs, develop business growth strategies, and ensure implementation and adherence to policies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Canadian pharmacist in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists is required.

Completion of the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only) and the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP) is also necessary.

A minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience is required.
