Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment

Our café is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet business needs.
