Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure financial efficiency.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
