We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
