Culinary Operations Director

At Germain Hôtels, we're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing departmental operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and efficiency in banquets, meetings, and events, as well as catering services.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings with hotel upper management to align departmental goals with overall business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in production, service, and guest satisfaction, while overseeing both service and production sides as a cohesive team.
- Plan staffing needs and provide a safe and pleasant working environment through regular communication and effective inventory management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven skills in event planning, service enhancement, and resource management.
- Outgoing personality with a dynamic and professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a sense of leadership.
- Bilingualism is an asset, given the nature of the role and interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, or customers.
