Job Title: Senior Lead, Project Services

Job Summary:

PCH is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Lead to oversee a critical special project on a one-year contract basis to support the Partners Community Health team. The HR Lead will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing specific HR initiatives tied to organizational transformation, change management, or process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of the assigned HR special project, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand project requirements, define key deliverables, and establish performance metrics.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and set deadlines to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide HR leadership in areas such as organizational design, talent management, and change management as they relate to the project.
  • Act as the primary HR liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Provide detailed reporting on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Drive change management initiatives by creating communication strategies and supporting the workforce during transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the development and implementation of new HR processes and systems as part of the project.
  • Lead and mentor a small team (if applicable) to ensure project success and alignment with organizational HR strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale HR projects, including organizational transformation, change management, or HR process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and data analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders and manage relationships across all levels of the organization.
