Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Industrial Management Services. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, including contractors and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Monitor and control project costs, quality, and timelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Fluency in English
