Senior Lead, Project Services

Partners Community Health (PCH) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare services to the community. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Lead to oversee a critical special project on a one-year contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, development, and execution of the assigned HR special project, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand project requirements, define key deliverables, and establish performance metrics.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and set deadlines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide HR leadership in areas such as organizational design, talent management, and change management as they relate to the project.
- Act as the primary HR liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
- Provide detailed reporting on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Drive change management initiatives by creating communication strategies and supporting the workforce during transitions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development and implementation of new HR processes and systems as part of the project.
- Lead and mentor a small team (if applicable) to ensure project success and alignment with organizational HR strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Proven experience leading large-scale HR projects, including organizational transformation, change management, or HR process improvement.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and data analytics is a plus.
- Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders and manage relationships across all levels of the organization.
