Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at One's Nails & Spa. Ltd. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to ensure our spa facilities and equipment are in good working order.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their spa experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and respond promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure our spa services meet the highest standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain our spa operations.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of staff time and resources.
