We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Halifax Tower Hotel /Comfort Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Stock linen closets and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
