Housekeeping Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Halifax Tower Hotel Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
