Group Home Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Home Manager to join our team at the John Howard Society. As a Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and maintaining a safe and supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to our staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure living environment for our clients and staff, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a group home or residential setting.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
