Group Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Group Home Manager to join our team at the John Howard Society. As a Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, and maintaining a positive and supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Guidance: Provide direction and support to our staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Resident Care: Ensure the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met, and provide individualized support to promote their independence and well-being.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Program Development: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement programs that promote the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with our community partners, promoting the values and mission of the John Howard Society.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, education).
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a group home or residential setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to the values and mission of the John Howard Society.
