We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Home Manager to join our team at the John Howard Society. As a Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Care and Services: Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to our clients, including education, experience, security, and safety.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise our staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide the best possible care and services.
- Client Care: Ensure the well-being and safety of our clients, providing a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
