Group Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Group Home Manager to join our team at the John Howard Society. As a Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the group home, including managing staff, resources, and services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resident outcomes.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
