Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Olive Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic.
Job Summary:The Medical Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering phone calls, and managing the front desk operations. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet patients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and operate the switchboard or telephone system.
- Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs.
- Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, perform data entry, and calculate billing charges.
- Technology: Familiarity with electronic medical records, electronic schedulers, word processing software, and database software.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work and the advertised start date.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
