We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Olive Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic.
Job Summary:The Medical Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering phone calls, and managing the front desk operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and is looking for a challenging and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients.
- Manage patient records, update medical information, and maintain confidentiality.
- Process payments, handle billing, and manage cash transactions.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing waitlists, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
