Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Olive Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic.
Job Summary:The Medical Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering phone calls, and managing the front desk operations. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Phone and Switchboard Operations: Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic medical records, electronic scheduler, and other software applications to perform job duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a medical office setting is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including on-call.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
