Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at MDR Transportation Ltd.
About the JobThis is a full-time opportunity that involves providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as preparing minutes of meetings and maintaining office procedures and routines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Maintain office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year
