Amani Ventures is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team. Your duties will include arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
You will also be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. Additionally, you will compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in an administrative role. You will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. You will also be organized, accurate, and reliable.
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
