Who We're Looking For

Requirements
  • 2-8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Strong statistical knowledge
  • Expertise in visualization and data insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate results and drive impact
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience at a growth-stage internet or software company
  • Experience with distributed data frameworks like Hadoop and Spark
Hybrid Work at Stripe

This role is available in an office or remote location. We offer a flexible work arrangement that balances in-person collaboration with flexibility to work from home.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is C$147,900 - C$221,900. This range may vary based on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, company bonus, sales commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
