Job Title: Data Analyst

CPA Ontario is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join their Enterprise Architecture team. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with IT, Business Intelligence, and Finance departments to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
  • Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards to present findings
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
  • Conduct variance analysis and performance reporting for budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems
  • Administer, monitor, support, and maintain SQL servers
Requirements:
  • Experience with databases and ERP systems with at least 3 years' experience as a Data Analyst
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint
  • High organizational skills and deadline management
  • Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
