Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager at Bazinga Technologies Inc. is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by executing our regional sales strategy. This role requires a strong sales professional with experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers and other key stakeholders in Western Canada.
  • Conduct sales analysis and market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key players in the industry.
  • Hunt and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Represent Bazinga Technologies Inc. at industry events and conferences.
  • Manage complex sales processes and negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Train and support customer base to ensure a great user experience and drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a wide audience.
  • Experience with CRM software and office tools, including MS Office suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to new responsibilities.
