**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Skills Development Technician to join our team at Desjardins. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of training programs and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Needs Analysis and Training Logistics**: Assist with the analysis of training needs and the development of training logistics and delivery plans.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Share your expertise throughout the product/service delivery process to ensure high-quality training outcomes.
  • **Technical Expertise**: Serve as a technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for our unit's activities, initiatives, and processes.
  • **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • **Training Delivery**: Deliver training programs and services to our team members and stakeholders.
  • **Technical Support**: Provide technical support for complex operational issues and help evaluate training needs.
  • **Process Improvement**: Identify and validate training approaches, tools, and content, and develop solutions to improve processes and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • **General College Diploma**: A general college diploma in a related field.
  • **Minimum of Three Years of Relevant Experience**: A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • **Knowledge of French**: Knowledge of French is required.
  • **Advanced Knowledge of English**: Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.
  • **Expert Level of Written French**: Expert level of written French.
