Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and success in the Western region of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading sales and service efforts, managing branch operations, and achieving revenue and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the industry or related technology field
- Proven track record of building successful teams and driving business growth
- Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to motivate and coach teams
